If you choose to bring your own shoes and pedals that is fine with us.
Note though that some cycling shoes may be uncomfortable to walk in at wineries and other stops.

What should I wear on tour?
When being active it is always best to dress in layers. If you are cycling, hiking, rock climbing, doing the ropes course and even kayaking we highly recommend closed toe shoes. We have gel seats available for cycling tours. The main thing is to dress for comfort. It is usually best to avoid clothing that has thick seems as it may chaff the inside of your legs and other sensitive areas. Sun block is also recommended.

Children are always welcome on our bicycle tours. However the age of the child must be taken into full consideration for rock climbing, kayaking and the ropes course for safety reasons. For cycling tours we have three options available based on your child's age and experience-trailers, Trail-a-Bikes and children's bikes.
