Savor the Experience.... This tour is for those passionate about wine and wanting to experience more than the normal ‘sip and peddle’ bike tours in the Napa Valley. This is a well-rounded tour and perfect for those looking to improve their wine tasting palette and learn more about the stages of the winemaking process from grapes to wine. Learn about viticulture by walking among the vines with the vineyard manager learning about the nuances of grape growing. After focusing on the vineyard, the group will proceed to the winery to meet the winemaker where you will taste the renowned wine, this will be a customized tasting experience geared to your interests and knowledge about wine and winemaking. This tour encompasses different wine making techniques including barrel selection, a ride through 40 acres of vineyards and a barrel tasting; a definite must do in the Napa Valley. Tour Includes:

From Vine to Barrel 
Explore the world of wine beyond the tasting room with a guided tour taking you along the roads and into the vineyards of the famous Oak Knoll and Stags Leap Districts. This exclusive tour begins with a leisurely ride along the pristine Napa River and continues up the Silverado Trail. Relax and refuel with a gourmet picnic lunch at a hillside winery overlooking the valley. Learn about the process of winemaking as you and your Experiential Architect (EA) discover the vineyards, taste the wine and see the sights from the seat of your hybrid bike

Price: $139 per person Day In The Vineyard (Mountain Biking and Trail Blazing)  Blaze a trail with this tour, bike along a variety of trails weaving in and out of the vineyard. The group will stop along the way and gain an in-depth look at the different vineyard blocks and learn about the different grape varietals. The group will take a break and rehydrate at a natural effervescent spring before beginning the next trail. A gourmet picnic lunch will be served within the vineyard surrounded by the beautiful vistas provided by the Vaca mountain range. The tour will finish with a wine tasting at the winery onsite at this beautiful ranch.

Price: $149 per person Trail to Table - Bike Tour Weekend Night Grill – Harvest Season Exclusive Food and wine meets adventure with an experience that takes guests from vineyard to farm to kitchen to table. Bike through the valley and visit two exclusive wineries. While biking along the vineyards, a local chef will be preparing a dinner sourced from local purveyors at the second winery. During harvest season, Napa Valley Adventure Tours offers a signature weekend grill celebrating the fall bounty. Our tour begins at 1:00pm at our Oxbow Public Market location, where we will review the menu that will be prepared for the evening and visit Oxbow's purveyors of fine meats, seafood and cheeses. After learning a thing or two we’ll pedal to the first winery where a private wine tasting will be held offering a cheese plate to pair with the wines. After this visit, we head off to our final destination, the last winery to taste their fabulous wines and talk to the winemaker, the winemaker will tour us throughout the vineyard and the winery. After the vineyard tour, we will choose the wines for our dinner and assist our chef in creating a grilling masterpiece. Enjoy the fruits of your labor with a feast set in the backdrop of a picturesque winery and vineyard. This tour is only offered on weekends from August through October.
