NVAT Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event you must cancel, We have couple of ways to do this, by Phone and Email.

Bike Rentals:

A credit card will be taken to hold all reservations. Cancellations made by 12 p.m. "day of" incur no charge. The credit card will be charged 100% of the rental fee for any cancellation "day of"  or a "No Show."

Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Day Tours, Group Tours, and Corporate Events:

A 35% nonrefundable deposit is taken on all group tours in order to finalize the reservation. Gratuity usually is not reflected in the tour price which is typically 18-20%. Gratuity of 18% will be added to group tours ( 10 guests or more). Because we incur certain pre-tour expenses, the following policy is necessary if you cancel. You may cancel either by email or by telephone. A cancellation made 30 days prior will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. A cancellation received between 7-14 days before a tour, 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. If you cancel your tour 7 days or less before the tour date, no refund or credit will be given regardless of the time of the reservation. For “A No Show” on the day of the Tour/Rental no refund or credit will be given.

About the weather conditions: Rain or shine, NVAT is ready to go so should you. In the event of rain we will modify the tour according to the weather conditions. Please be prepared and bring rain jacket, an extra layer, sun block, sun glasses, wear hiking shoes, daypack, water bottle and a great attitude. Remember always call if you have any questions about your tour.

.Napa Valley Adventure Tours and/or their associates are not liable for any bodily injury, death or property damage as a result of -but not limited to- physical exertion, altitude, forces of nature, any form of travel whether by auto, bus, van, train, boat, airplane, bicycle, ski, snowboard, horseback, foot or other form of active and/or adventure travel and/or any other means of conveyance, the consumption/ingestion of alcoholic beverages or any other substances, civil unrest, war, terrorism the malfunction of or breakdown of equipment, lack of or limited access to medical attention and the adequacy of any medical attention provide. We tour rain or shine!!! We will however provide a van tour option if guests prefer to avoid inclement weather.
